社会行为研究由鼠类转化为斑马鱼研究

由于一些精神疾病(比如精神分裂症和自闭症)的影响,社会行为在神经科学的各项研究中逐渐成为一个热门话题。社会功能紊乱严重影响日常功能,使得这些症状成为行为疗法主要治疗目标。当然,啮齿类动物经常被用于社会行为的研究,但是一些范式已经被成功转移到斑马鱼的研究上。
群集实验中的一项主要测试内容是测量群组中鱼之间的平均距离。研究已经从基础研究,如群组大小、染色差异、游动模式、性别差异、个体大小差异等,转移到应用性研究,如药物的影响、以及环境因素对鱼的影响。
